We can cover various topics and types of projects pertaining to the accessibility code, for example alterations of hotels, new construction of residential apartments, and building conversions of office to mixed use. Odds are we have worked in your state before or we have experience handling that type of project.

Our presentations can cover the basics of how to apply the city, state, and federal codes ranging from FHA to ADA, to common construction pitfalls, to more advanced topics of public & private funding.

From a life safety perspective we can provide general presentations covering general code requirements, from the construction types, height and area limitations, to occupancy separations and egress requirements. We can also tailor our presentation to any specific topic that you are interested in, from multi-story openings or the specific requirements for occupancies.

The codes covered in our presentation can be specific to a municipality, such as the Chicago Building Code, and the unique requirements of the amendments that have been made to the model code, or cover the typical requirements of the ICC International Building Codes.

Our presentations, once tailored to your needs, can be submitted to the AIA for Continuing Education Credit, as we are a CES Provider, just keep in mind that we need some additional time to prepare and have the credits approved.
